It is believed that the initiation of the coronavirus pandemic was from the wet markets of China, in spite of knowing the fact that the virus was spread from there among the scorpions, bats, snakes, dogs etc been selling there China has reopened the market. Even after opening the markets again no measures have been taken to prevent the occurrenceof similar situation in future, even a report says that this reopening of wet market is the way how country ‘celebrate victory ‘.
Multiple reports have mentioned that the first person to be in the contact of COVID-19 virusthrough one of such markets, could have been a man 55 years old Hubei province of China. The markets are operating in the same way they were before the outbreak of Coronavirus.Although, guards are keeping an eye on he markets to make sure that no body takes the pictures of floors soaked with blood, slaughtering of animals or animals kept forcibly in cages.
Earlier, China banned such trade of live animals at these wet markets after knowing that the virus was emerged from one such filthy market. And now China is saying that it has overcome the virus effect and has resumed the markets as usual.
It is believed that if early measures were took by the China, the number of COVID-19 cases would have been quite less by almost 70-90%, making the outrage over the world less likely.
Beijing is also noticed celebrating it’s victory over the coronavirus as it seems to be far from over the pandemic. A China based correspondent even quoted that, “Everyone here believes the outbreak is over and there’s nothing to worry about anymore. It’s just a foreign problem now as far as they are concerned”.
The Chinese virus or coronavirus has affected almost the entire globe and has caused more than 42000 deaths across the world. Around 8.8 lakhs people have been tested to be positive with the virus till yet. 188,578 active cases and 3890 deaths have been recorded as per the tally of USA.
