India’s new singing sensation Ranu Mondal has sung her first Bollywood song “Teri Meri Kahani” with Himesh Reshammiya. The song has gone viral on the social media and Himesh himself has posted the first video on his Instagram account. The song was shooted for his upcoming film “Happy Hardy and Heer”.
Ranu Mondal used to earn her livelihood by singing a song on the railway station of Ranaghat, West Bengal. Her one singing video of Lata Mangeshkar’s song ‘’Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai” has changed her life in one night. Well, it’s a simple initiative of one man named Atindra Chakraborty who made her video and posted it on social media. From here, he was invited in the popular singing show Superstar Singer of Sony Entertainment Channel. Here, Himesh Reshammiya approached her to sing a song with him for his upcoming film.
The story of Ranu Mondal is not less than an inspiration for the youth whose talent has brought her from the railway station to Bollywood. She considered her this life as second life and she will try to make it better.
Well, when it comes to paying the fees to Ranu then she denied it to accept because the amount was quite high for her. But Himesh has convinced her to accept the amount. According to the sources, the amount lies between 6-7 Lakhs which is still a great amount for a lower-middle-class person.
