Here we have news that will surely excite mobile gaming fans especially PUBG ones all over India. Yes, that’s right! PUBG Mobile India is going to re-launch in India with a new title called – “Battlegrounds Mobile India”. Sources say that the game with a new name is likely to launch in the coming months. According to a report, PUBG could release this game in May or June this year. Maxtern, who is one of the best content creators from the PUBG Mobile circuit, shared this news to the portal.
A week ago, some trailers have been accidentally launched by PUBG Mobile India to get the attention of the public, but the company has immediately pulled back the trailers from all the platforms. This might be true that the name of this game is Battlegrounds Mobile India but a release date is yet to be confirmed. Several reports suggest that the game might get its launch in India by the last week of May. However, these reports are just conjecture, soon the company will officially announce the launch dates.
Renowned video game maker Krafton has already registered a new domain for his website, called “battlergroundsmobileindia.in”. Registration of the domain has been done earlier last month on April 7, 2021.
Earlier, Prakash Javadekar, the minister of information and broadcasting has stated “PUBG is an explicit, addictive and violent Video game that creates a disturbance in the mind of children”. The Union minister also quoted that the central government is planning to set up a board of excellence for gaming that will encourage cultural ethics, instead of violence.
PUBG Mobile India was banned by the government of India in September 2020, over privacy concerns after the dispute took place between India-china in the region of Leh-Ladakh. It is notable that the government of India has banned many other Chinese platforms too that can be a breach of the Indian privacy act.
