Now the same feature will be available in Google Maps but initially for the Android devices. The coming feature let you use Google Maps slightly in a different way with promising security.

Not Judging, just keeping the browsing personal and safe
The activation of the Incognito mode is useful from both the privacy concerns and as well as keeping the search items out of the potential recommendations. Let’s understand with an example like if you are searching for the hotels during the trip but don’t want the search history to get mixed with those hotel recommendations for a week and months after. Similarly, if you don’t want anyone to know including Google that you went on the trip with somewhere, then it will remain closed with no search results proof. Here, Google is not judging you but just keeping your browsing safe and private.
It’s very useful if you want to hide your trip details that where you have been or what you have searched for. In fact, it’s an interesting implementation of Google of keeping your personal information out of the eyes of others with no hints. Even help you in getting the biased results of any queries asked on Google Maps.
