Day 2 of Lockdown – Number of confirmed corona cases rises to 695 in India with a toll of 14 deaths

The toll of worldwide cases of corona virus has reached up-to 487,451which includes 22,026 deaths and 117,582 recovery cases. The death toll reaches to 14, with the first recorded COVID-19 deaths in Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh.

A strength of 800 people that came in contact with the doctor of Mohalla clinic is kept under quarantine for a span of 14 days- says Delhi Health Minister,  Satyendra Jain. A 47 yearold woman from Noida with no foreign travel history was tested positive since one of her husband’s London based clients had recently made a visit to them. Italy reported 683 more new deaths in the COVID-19 pandemic taking the score to total of 7,503.

11:34- Number of cases for COVID-19 in Indore rises to 10 with 5more patients admitted to hospitals on Wednesday night, said a spokesperson of Gandhi Memorial Medical College.

11:11- A Coronavirus patient 65-year old woman in Mumbai passes away. Maharashtra Health Department says cause of death yet to be uncovered.

11:00 Chief Minister Yogi Adityanathheld a meeting with his senior officials by maintaining social distancing.

10:58- Russian govt. hasordered their aviation authorities for the suspension of all the flights chartered to and from Russia from 27th March.
