India’s one of the biggest airlines “IndiGo” puts a ban on nine journalists to fly from 15th October to 30th October by the recommendations of an internal committee formed to look into the matter of defiant behavior. The incident took place on September 9 when Kangana Ranaut, an Indian actress faced a violation of social distancing norms during a Chandigarh-Mumbai flight.
The shreds of evidence were collected from a video showing media persons creating a disturbance in the IndiGo’s flight. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued measures to make sure that no in-flight photography norms are violated.
The airline filed a report in which DGCA mentioned the crew member followed all norms to ensure that the restrictions on photography are followed and social distancing and safety is maintained. IndiGo has formed an internal committee to look into the matter.
